Refund policy

At RIS, we aim to provide quality products and reliable customer service. We offer a simple returns policy if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the terms and conditions below for all returns, refunds, and exchange details.

Returns Policy 

  • Customers must complete a returns policy request (Link to the policy request form) for any RIS furniture, housewares, and accessories purchased within 1 day from the delivery date for full-price items.
  • Returns can also be made by visiting the nearest showroom with the item you wish to return.
  • RIS will ask for reference pictures of the product you wish to return before approving the returns policy request. 
  • Returns of faulty, damaged, or incorrect products received must be returned as soon as possible in the same condition as shipped, and the return shipping cost will be handled by RIS if it is proven that it arrived to the customer damaged.
  • Shipping costs will be paid by the customer for all returns, applicable for all locations.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once the customer's order has been shipped. 
  • Furniture items delivered outside of Saudi Arabia are non-returnable unless the wrong item was delivered.
  • All items provided free of charge with certain products purchased must also be returned to meet our return policy requirements.

 

 Refund Policy

  • RIS will proceed with the refund process from the date of receiving the returned items.
  • The refund process takes up to 14 days from the date RIS receives the returned items. 
  • Refunds will be transferred to the same payment method as the original payment (eg. Credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card account).
  • RIS reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange request at any time.
  • In the case of faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a substitute or replacement product. In some cases, a full refund will be provided, including any delivery charges paid by the customer (if any). 
  • For orders delivered outside Saudi Arabia, please expect delays as the pickup will be arranged internationally.

 

Sale & discounted items:

  • Exchanges are allowed within 1 day from the purchase date.
  • Refunds are not permitted during sale periods.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once the customer's order has been shipped. 
  • The original receipt and the unused items in their original packaging are required for all returns and exchanges.
  • We don't currently offer an online exchange service for products to exchange for a different color or size. Customers must return the product first and purchase the preferred color or size.  

 

Non Refundable Items

  • In line with global retail industry standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products such as used bedding (ie. Mattresses, bed linens, duvets, pillows, and pillow cases or covers.) 
  • eGift card purchases & top ups are non-refundable

Refunds, exchanges, or returns are not accepted for:

  • Fabrics and wallpapers
  • Special orders and made-to-order items 
  • Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed unless they are defective
  • Products that have been modified, altered, or washed
  • RIS gift cards
  • Rugs   

 

eGift card

  • Any products purchased with an eGift card will be refunded back to an eGift card if a refund is requested.
  • Any order placed through a combination of payment methods (eg. eGift + card) will be refunded via the original payment methods.
  • eGift card payments will be refunded via an eGift card, and the remaining balance directly to a credit/ debit card.
  • eGift card purchases & top-ups are non-refundable.
